Born in Guatemala City, Guatemala, 1983. Lawyer and Notary, Bachelor of Legal and Social Sciences from the Faculty of Law, Rafael Landivar University, 2011. Active member of the College of Lawyers and Notaries of Guatemala -CANG 2011- and the Inter-American Association of Intellectual Property -ASIPI-. Lawyer recommended by The Legal 500 for Intellectual Property / Patents.

He is currently the Director of the Intellectual Property Department, with more than eleven years of experience developing his services in administrative and judicial matters in the field of Intellectual Property, including issues of counterfeiting and piracy.

He has actively participated in various Intellectual Property Committees such as the Inter-American Association of Intellectual Property -ASIPI-, the Guatemalan-American Chamber of Commerce -AmCham-, the Guatemalan Association of Exporters -AGEXPORT-, and the Central American Federation of Pharmaceutical Laboratories -FEDEFARMA-. He has also actively collaborated on issues in conjunction with the Prosecutor's Office for Intellectual Property Crimes in Guatemala. In addition, he has taught Intellectual Property at the Rafael Landivar University in Guatemala, as well as courses and seminars on relevant intellectual property issues to AGEXPORT members, prosecutors from the Public Ministry and specialized personnel from the Ministry of Public Health and Social Assistance of Guatemala.
